Working on amended return for 2022 and may have accidentally e-filed it before completed. Under my e-file section it doesn’t show up. Does that mean it was not sent?

The ONLY way You can e-file a tax return using TurboTax is to complete all 3 Steps in the File section of the program and You have to click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

If you did not do this the tax return was NOT e-filed.
