Will there be a delay in refund checks because of the COVID 19

I did my taxes February 1st. Then on the 21 I was told I needed to submit a 8962 form. I sent it in immediately. I was told 6-8 weeks however, there is currently no one available to answer your calls on site. Will there be a delay in receiving my refund?

According to the IRS, they are "continuing to process tax returns, issue refunds and help taxpayers to the greatest extent possible." Please refer to the following link for an update on what's happening.
