How do we get our transcripts?

@ad19 you have to call the IRS to get them but right now we cant because irs isnt taking calls. So as soon as they are back running and taking calls again we can request our transcripts

@MattF4u  see that's the thing you didn't pay any fees out of your return and did no advance. Us that paid fees are the ones who are being screwed because they didnt give irs our DD info they gave their holding company santa Barbara banking info so they would get our money and take fees out and send rest to us. That is why we are having problems and then many of us have been locked out since Wednesday of the irs tool so we cant even get back on there to enter our DD info. We didnt enter it when it first came up cuz TT assured us there was no issues.  I wish I would have gone with my gut and entered it when I was on there Wednesday morning.

Ty. When I went to the turbo tax website and downloaded a pdf of my return the account and routing numbers match my TT account I'm super confused.

I still haven’t gotten mine at all. I have no idea why.

@ad19 save that pdf or print it and then once able to get transcript from irs see if the routing and account match. that is what I am going to do

@Mcymande9 I am currently on hold with a dept in the federal treasury. Have been on hold for 3 and a half hours right now. A friend told me she called the number this morning and held for a long time but the lady she talked to ended up being able to fix her DD info and told her when she would have it. I dont want to give the number out until I find out for sure if they can do this because I dont want to give false information to anyone considering we have gotten more than enough of that from TT.

I was wondering if you were still waiting lol, I agree it's also prob not best to give the number out because imagine how backed up it could get everyone would try to call. Look forward to hearing a positive response from whoever picks up the line

Tubo tax is a joke!!!! Never will I use it again. Vice President send me a email.mail stating my money will hit the 15th. What a joke that is, just like she's a joke for sending out a e.mail. she should have her sh,, together before sending a e.mail. Tubo Tax listen up. I'm so done with you . Please get a new Vice President that knows what she's doing!!!! Dum and Dummer

I Got screwed over by TT like most of you did. I put in my DD info on the IRS website this previous Wednesday! I was told that we will get our deposits on Wednesday the 22nd!!! When the second round of checks from the IRS go out!!!
