Get my payment IRS tool told me I was suppose to receive it on the 15th (yesterday) and I still haven't received it yet smh. The last 4 digits of bank account number shown on get my payment IRS tool matched my last 4 digits of my Turbo Tax Green Dot deposit account number. I don't understand what the delay is. People that wasn't shown their account number but instead shown their last 4 digits of social security number got it, but us people who actually have the correct info shown on get my payment tool has to wait?!?

I got my refund on my turbo tax card but when I got to get my payment to check when will I receive the stimulus payment it says they don’t have enough informations. I thought they get the info from turbo tax???

How do you check to see if they have my info right ? I got my income tax on the turbo tax card shouldn’t it be the same payment method?

But remember it is technology so there are bound to be hiccups. My info showed the last four of my social and I got it yesterday. But that may or may not be the reason. It is a lot of money and transactions going out at once, so it is saturating the system.

They are making 60 million Direct Deposit this week.

When you check your tool if they were unable to send your money it should give you an option to input the Direct deposit information.

They want you to reenter your routing and account number for your turbo card if we received the pre Advance Loan when we filed our taxes the reason why we didn't receive the paydays because when they did that they sent our money to when we got our taxes they sending money to the people who loaned us the $500 first then the people  who we got the loan from sent the rest out money to our turbo card so I arrested it have I turbo account and routing number on FAFSA they had the account and routing number from the other day who loaned us the money so when they said this with the turbo car it rejected it and now they want us to put the turbo card number back inside

I had to go on the IRS site and enter my Green Dot Bank account # and few other things. Turbo tax did not give them the information.  It took less than 5 minutes. Good luck!!!

Hi Sydney, my husband owed money on his student loans as well and an amount was taken from our refund. He called the loan servicer on Tuesday and was told the funds were being sent back to him and that we would receive a check this week. If you have some time I would call and see if the same is happening to you.

From what I gathered on the website the only thing that would keep you from getting your Stim check would be unpaid Childsupport. But look on the IRS.gov Website to confirm.
