Not true. No advance and no stimulus. In fact the irs says they dont have my info for deposit
Enter your turbo card routing and account number
Same! And I’ll be using my own bank from here on out.
Well that’s some Bull cause it’s the 15 th and still haven’t got my stimulus check on my turbo card
Exactly like i said, put your info into the irs tool and then you dont have to worry about these games.
We aren't please with this. We are real people we want real answers
That’s what I paid, and the IRS site told me they didn’t have my card information. They have the option to put in another DD account, which is what I did. Pretty lame that A) Those who paid extra to receive their return are now jumping hoops and B) TurboTax never gave a straight forward answer that we should have been flooding the IRS lines to change our info to get our checks on time. Lesson learned!
Where do you go to do that cause I received my taxes back in February on my turbo card and so did my mom and she already got hers but haven’t got mine has anyone still not got theres
Good question. Why can every other tax preparation service give a straight answer on this, but not turbo tax.
I have not received mine and i had them take fees out and got a advance has any one received theirs that did the same as me ????????
Get My Payment on the IRS website. It will walk you through and you likely will need your information from your return. (AGI, etc.)
24 hour ban for me
I hope that's correct. Because I checked with the IRS, and right now they are saying that they don't even have my bank account information. That's in spite of the turbo tax card account number and routing number being right there on the 1040.
I hope turbo tax isn't playing gatekeeper with our money.
Worse, the web page to enter in your own bank account information isn't working.
This answer is on point. $'s coming!
The site is overwhelmed. I tried at 4am and had to redo my information three times before it accepted and processed. Keep trying, good luck!
