@Dissatisfied53 Hi! When I did mine this morning first it asked for my SS, address and DOB. Then after that it said I was eligible but they needed more info and so I entered my AGI and banking info twice.

I paid for tax preparation using Santa Barbara TPG this tax season. How will I receive my Economic Impact Payment?
The IRS will issue direct deposits to taxpayers that requested a direct deposit disbursement or applied for a new debit card when they prepared their own return online. An IRS-issued check will be mailed to taxpayers that requested a check printed from their tax professional's office, Walmart Direct2Cash or a Walmart MoneyCard issued by their tax professional.
If a payment is returned to the IRS (Ex. bank account is closed), the IRS will mail a check to the taxpayer.
In the rare event that payments are inadvertently sent to TPG, a plan is in place to help identify and expedite the return of these payments to the IRS so that the IRS can reissue payments directly to affected taxpayers as soon as possible. If we are unable to identify the payment as an Economic Impact Payment, the deposit will be processed as a federal refund, with all associated fees withheld from the deposit amount.
We understand that taxpayers need their refund or EIP more than ever, so we are committed to getting money to taxpayers as quickly and easily as possible.
updated as of today so if I am reading this correctly we are going to have to wait for a paper check or enter our routing and acct # in the portal and just hope and pray we get it soon. THIS IS COMPLETELY F****!!!!! yall had our information and my routing and account info is listed on my return. For this to be happening is a JOKE!!!!!!!!
interesting, im in the same boat as you (irs shows social as account) but balance on turbo card is still zero as of 12:45. are you using text BAL to 83854 to check it? thank you for your input @Missyb79
Looking through the Intuit Forums as well as other forums, it appears that anyone that chose to have their refund direct deposited to the Turbo Card AND chose an advance option have observed the following:
1) No stimulus money has been added to the Turbo Card,
AND
2) When using the IRS Get Payment portal to check on status, it says we can expect the money to post in our account today,
AND
3) The banking account information displayed on the IRS Get Payment portal has the last 4 digit of our Social Security Number listed, not our Turbo Card account information.
Can you please provide some information regarding this issue? Thanks!
@macybri3 Did you opt in for the Refund advance when you did your taxes? I feel like those of us that used this option are the one having the most trouble.
Yes it did when I txted bal to 85854 followed prompts n it said 1200 already took some out!

I had an advance, fees taken out, and signed up for the turbo card. I checked this morning and had to enter my DD info. These payments could have been re-routed to us thru the bank just like our refunds are. it seems that they just didn't want to spend the time and money to do it. This is not fair to the people that are relying on this money to take care of their families. to feed their kids and put gas in their cars. who cares about the f****s just taking advantage of the system. some people are drowning here!

Yes recieved it today. The # is down but if u txt ...bal..to 83854 follow prompts to get balance. Mine was there
