Why wouldn't be direct deposited in the taxpayer's bank account?  The IRS has the bank routing and account numbers on the Form 1040 that was filed by the taxpayer.  SBTPG was only an intermediary before the federal tax refund was deposited into the exact same account as the what was entered on the Form 1040 already in possession of the IRS.

Sounds like we will not be getting this deposit. I would have been getting it if I would not have gotten swindled into getting this card with the lie of a pre-approved 1000. I never got. Should have left my bank information in place. Turbo will lose lots of customers over this one. I personally will never use them again.

Definitely not in the order you filed. I filed my return on Jan 6th which is WAYYY earlier than majority of the country, and still have yet to receive any deposits or pending deposit to my Turbo Card and did not pay fees or get an advance.

Ok so I just used the live chat AGAIN, she said she just dosent know if the IRS will send the payments to the turbocard. Some people are getting them so she ASSUMES they will be but dosent have a clear answer. For real

I doubt hes real all I know is we better get it on our cards because HR block have said for sure they will be getting on there emerald card

Yeah I filed on Jan 29th and haven't gotten anything so

I will be using HR block from now on I even used turbo card for work direct deposit so they should def have mine
