Why wouldn't be direct deposited in the taxpayer's bank account? The IRS has the bank routing and account numbers on the Form 1040 that was filed by the taxpayer. SBTPG was only an intermediary before the federal tax refund was deposited into the exact same account as the what was entered on the Form 1040 already in possession of the IRS.
