Why would I have at least two of the four withholding and wage amounts on W-2 statement have the same dollar amount? Turbo Tax won't e-file Indiana because of this.

I believe this is one of weird rules of Indiana Department of Revenue to prevent fraud. If you have two withholding such close amount, maybe can try rounding up one and rounding another one down.
