Why won't the instructions page print for federal when printing the returns for mail-in?

The issue of Filing Instructions Not Printing has been resolved.

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and retry.

As previously stated multiple times, I've done that many times and it never resolved the issue

The Filing Instructions are not available using the online editions.  I just touched based with one of the TurboTax Moderators of this forum and she indicated it is still being worked on.  However, there is no date yet for resolution.

Go to this IRS website for the federal tax return mailing address, by state, with or without a tax payment - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

When mailing the federal tax return, make sure that you sign and date the form 1040 on page 2.  If married and filing jointly both spouse's must sign.

Include with the Form 1040 all other forms and schedules which have an Attachment Sequence Number located in the upper right corner of the form or schedule.  Also include with the tax return all forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld.
