Why is turbo tax not answering the questions we have about stimulus checks and why we cant change our info on irs site?

Turbo tax has been useless in helping anyone resolve the issues they created after coercing us into filing before the get my payment for the stimulus came out. If we had not filed our taxes and the site opened we could have changed our info and gotten our stimulus checks. Now we are stuck because they are doing nothing to help the issue and have already taken our money. The treasury stated if you have recently, last 2 weeks, filed your taxes they are not even processing any at this time so if your address or banking info changed and you cant log in  you have Turbo Hax to thank. I have used them for the last 13 years and this will be my last....

I filed my son's taxes using TurboTax, he received his stimulus last Wednesday; however, he didn't use a Turbo Debit Card.  It went into his regular bank account.   My husband and I filed with TT, received our refund on a Turbo Debit Card, and we have yet to see anything relating to the stimulus.    I hope this helps some.

We filed on 4-10 turbo said accepted so we went to get my payment to change our info because we usually owe irs. Since 4-10 it still shows as processing and we were told the irs has stopped processing tax returns with no idea when they will start again. We moved to florida last year so if they use our 2018 tax returns it will goto michigan. We will be lucky to see it by next year at this rate. Turbo tax is a failure and the treasury is no better.
