Why is the irs saying they haven't received my 2018 tax return

I just had the irs tell me today August 6 2019 that they did not receive my income tax return would like to know why

If you efiled, double-check with this tool to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted:

Does it say accepted, rejected, or no results found?

Also, if prepared online, what is showing at the Tax Home for "return status" when you log back in?   Does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?

According to the TurboTax website it says that the IRS accepted my taxes but the IRS is saying they haven't even received them

Is that what is displayed on the Tax Home page when you log in?    What did that efile status check tool show at the link above?
