Haven’t taken my money still saying unfounded but TurboTax say fund complete
Someone has to hold these **Bleep** accountable who the heck they think they are holding **Bleep** that ain't there's! They should have to pay us interest on the forced loan we gave. Is there a way we all can unite and sue these guys? At least for false advertisement
@TuffMF After I get my refund I’m filing complaints with the bbb. If you do it before they hold your money even longer.
Are you investigating them not giving people the full amounts of their refunds?!?!? they have shorted me over 4,100
First, have you checked the IRS' Where's My Refund website? It may have information about a correction or an offset. For more details on why your refund could be less than expected, please see this Help Article.
If you have verified it is not any of the above scenarios and utilized the Pay with My Refund method, please contact the third-party processor, SBTPG. You can do this on their Help page. You can call using the numbers listed or scroll down on the page and click Submit A Request. We do not have detailed information about refund processing on this public forum.
I can’t even get anyone on the phone. They claimed my refund was sent to an address that’s no longer my address and then I was told my funds would be released back to the irs and when I called the IRS today which is now March 13th and they said it was sent December 24th, they stated there’s no credit showing it was returned for another check to be sent. I need these funds and no one seems to be able to assist or want to assist to have the funds released back to me. Turbo tax doesn’t want to either even though this is the 3rd party they choose to utilize to have refunds issued. If this issue isn’t resolved quickly, I will no longer utilizing turbo tax. I just want my funds sent to my new address or deposited into my bank account.
The check will be sent to the address listed on the return. It is usually within 5 days from the date of mailing will you receive the check. However, you can contact SBTPG as they should be able to tell you why the check was issued.

If the refund was sent back to the IRS, it can take 4-6 weeks to receive your check via mail. This is after the IRS accepts and approves your return. If your original check was returned to the IRS for some reason, it will take longer for the second check to be issued because they have to ensure the first check was not cashed.
@Michelle williams
How do you file a complaint with the bbb
I would contact your state district attorney to contact them on your behalf or maybe consumer affairs. Everyone that I know who filed a BBB (myself included) were blacklisted from calling SBTG after BBB contacted them. If your ok with that then go for it but I didn't get any help until I contacted my local government.
I can’t believe it’s taking this long. I wish I saw this post before submitting
I filed that day too. And have been dealing with absolute hell and being lied to and told it's not their problem wtf
did you receive your return
Nope. Still waiting
I haven’t yet
What help did you need and what help Dd local government do?
Thanks for the reply.
To update what I know so far, my refund was returned to the irs and I have to wait for 190 days to get it re-sent for who knows what reason.
Its absolutely ridiculous.
I would appreciate any help or input from anyone who could assist. I am desperate.
Thank you
