Why is my green line not moving on turbo tax

mine has moved all the way to est refund date but path act has it held up turbo tax can take your cash but give you no real info after WHY

I have an estimated date!Its just halfway there and I filed on January 16

I'm in the same boat. My green line is half way through but everything has been accepted. Someone please advise
