Why is my colorado state still pending

Mine was mailed on the 4th and I finally got it yesterday. Some people stated that theirs got mailed on February 29th and they just got it this week. There is hope. Hopefully yours come soon!

I submitted my stuff February 10th, and it still is listed as pending through Colorado's website. My mom did her taxes the same day and got them within 2 weeks. Honestly, I'm annoyed as it is stated 2-6 weeks, but it's been 7 so far and when I call no one answers at all.

I filed using Revenue Online, the Colorado free filing system.   I filed on 3-11-24, and as of today, 3-29-24,  their refund status page showsni still need to file my return.  I did receive a confirmation letter stating my return was received.  Don't know why it still shows I need to file.   Colorado is getti g worse and worse about just about everything.

Yes just now it shows that my return was received and a check has been mailed two days in the future.

Ok I filed last night and it was accepted today. Hopefully it’s pretty quick and I chose DD. Hopefully they don’t mail it.

I chose direct deposit as well.   The state just does what it wants.  They say it's fraud prevention.  Who knows.

I electronically submitted it on Feb 2nd and am being asked to be patient, as they cannot tell me if the State has not even received it.

Turbo tax website still says it has not ot cannot file my state return. I already got my federal.  When I spent almost an hour this am trying to refile once I reentered ALL my info again it said it was invalid because it has a shared social with another account. I need my finished return, which is 100 precent dome core re CT and ready to go sent immediately. Always loved you guys but this is not OK. Need a person to speak with.

I just checked the Colorado Department of Revenue site and they are not accepting returns, yet.  This same scenario happened last year.  This is a Colorado State issue, NOT a Turbo Tax issue.  Here's what is currently posted on the Colorado Department of Revenue site.  I will update this thread when Colorado starts accepting returns.
