Why have I not gotten my state return yet

The state of Washington only gives state refunds to those who had a state tax removed. I was approved a state tax refund, but have yet to receive it

I don't know what you mean by having a state tax removed. Washington has no state income tax. Are you referring to the Washington Working Families Tax Credit? You can check the status of your refund here.
