some taxpayers have multiple Turbotax accounts. you have to be in the one you used to prepare the 2020 return.  if you are in the correct account have you filed? if not, then it's possible someone has already filed a return using your SSN.  you should be getting a rejection message when you try to e-file that says something to the effect that a return was already filed using your SSN.  you'll have to paper file and include an identity theft affidavit - form 14039
