Why did turbo tax approve me for a refund loan and green dot deny me?

It did the same thing to me I want to know what's going on or I'm not gonna be useing turbo tax again

i was apporved, set up the online accout, got my temporary card info, even got my card the mail got it activated, then when the IRS accepts my return I get an email from green dot saying i was not apporved for the advance but my return will be on the card and no matter what company I ask I can't get a answer of why

Why did turbo tax approve me for a refund loan and green dot deny me?

The initial approval is just a pre-qualification. If you don't qualify, you'll receive an email confirming you won’t receive a Refund Advance. It will include information about why you were not eligible for a Refund Advance. Your federal refund (minus any other agreed upon fees) will be loaded onto a Turbo Visa Debit Card.
