Why cant i check my status on irs page

This means that the IRS has not begun to process your tax return yet. Until the IRS starts processing your tax return on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. i recieved my income tax return on 2/26/20. it was deposited on my turbotax card. why can't they just sent it to the same account?
