I didn't qualify, because CK never received anything from TT on my behalf for a refund advance. I know I selected the right option which said, "Same method as last year" which was the refund advance. There had to be a glitch in the system or something, although you will never get TT to admit that.
Well. After speaking with a TurboTax representative on Monday that assured me that it shows my advance was approved and I should contact credit karma to see why it hasn’t deposited yet, I get a notification today from TurboTax stating that I was denied the refund advance. I don’t understand why I was given bad information from the lady, but this is definitely the last time I will ever use TurboTax.
Not true. It's a glitch. If it means people aren't eligible then it wouldn't work matters how many accounts you make. I literally made another account and it gave me the option without even putting in any info. I have now filed and have my advance. Please stop commenting if y'all don't have real info for people
Shame you work there and have no idea what you are talking about about
If you are using a TurboTax partner affiliate link to use the software, the Refund Advance will not be available.
If you select the up to 5 Day Early Refund Delivery, you will not see the Refund Advance option, but you can return to the refund selection page and find all the options listed.

That's not true. From the beginning the refund advance was never available for me to select and I don't use any of the partnering software. Only the receive 5 days early or standard return time was available to select.
If your address is different on your Transunion report compared to your Equifax, Credit Karma, and Intuit account, that could be the reason your not getting the Refund advanced offer this year If nothing else fits try this… So Its Important that all your addresses match across all your credit reports. If you moved recently or updated your address on one but not the others, this could be causing the discrepancy.
I recommend checking your reports through Credit Karma app,
Next you want to check your tax return and your intuit account match IRS. Dont Choose if you filed last year without updating your intuit account. (Thats why the lady in earlier comment got her offer ( Did she move?) , That was the only thing that didnt match im assuming, she didnt have her information from last year in her new account.
Then file for the advance, from the turbotax advance link or CK app. hopefully this works Good luck. Dont forget to clear C&C for all time on browser, close browser, open back the sign in to turbotax and proceed. could be a fast fix or a few days, but worth a try.
Same thing happened to me
Linking it to credit karma doesn't help either
I never got that option in the pic..only the direct deposit or the 5 day thing...no advance
With the up to 5-day Early option, you don't have to use Credit Karma, you can direct deposit into the bank account of your choice.
If you're using TurboTax Online, try closing the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and go back to the FILE section.
