Who can help w/ 2013,2014,2016,2017,2018 and 2019 ?

Well ... 2019 cannot be done until 2019 has ended 12/31/19.

The 2018 can be done either by using the online or downloaded versions :  

https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/  OR  https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

The 2016 & 2017 returns require the downloaded version for each tax year :    https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

All tax years prior to 2015 are no longer supported by TT and the refunds are no longer refundable but if you owe you must file them  ....  so you may wish to seek local professional assistance for all these tax years.
