If you had an offset, you can find out more information by visiting here. You should receive a letter in the mail explaining why your refund was reduced and what it was applied to.

Can you apply a single1098-T to both a Parent's return (to qualify for AOTC) and a Dependent's return (to reduce interest on their 529 withdrawl)?
