Why hasn’t my money got sent out

My estimated date was 3/9/2023....and it shows that it was sent for deposit and it has not hit my bank as of today....i went to verify that i put in my correct bank info and it was correct so can someone tell me where my deposit was sent.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

As xmasbaby0 mentioned you can contact Santa Barbara directly if you had chosen to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund.

You can also contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1954 to initiate a refund trace if you like.
