Since Washington does not have a state income tax, that is not something you can do using TurboTax.

As stated, this is not a tax credit that you get by filing a tax return, so it isn't something you would use TurboTax for, however, you do need to know the amount of income listed on your Federal Tax Return 1040 line 1z to check the status of the refund on the WA website.
