In the desktop version of the program, you can select Tools and then Order history in the top menu bar.
If you are in the online software, you can do this in the black panel on the left side of the screen once you are logged in.
I had already tried that and it didn't work.
It turns out I changed my email after I downloaded the program and Intuit tracked my old email and did not tie the transaction to my new email even though the account # remained the same.
One of Intuit's tech people was able to find the original email and resend it to me.
