Where are my taxes

Filed in 02/03, funds paid by IRS 3/09 SBTPG saying they received money, well past 7-14 days and still no taxes. Called everyone I could can’t get through, filed complaints, started two different threads on here, and nothing still after a month. I’m so upset no one will help or has answers

If your refund was sent to the third-party processor, SBTPG, you would need to reach out to them for your refund disbursement.  

You can reach out to SBPTG at their Help page.  You can call using the numbers listed, or you can scroll down on the page and click Submit A Request.  On this public forum, we do not have detailed information about refund processing.

I’ve reached out multiple times, like I said no one is willing to help, trusted TurboTax with my refund and now no one has answers for me. Just disappointed i don’t even know why I bothered. I just know not to file through TT anymore. You all chose to work with this bank now you’re not doing anything to your customers it’s sad. Thanks
