When I track my state return on my state's website it's says $0 under refund amount& says under review for the status.I'm supposed to get $716 back.Why is this happening?

I'm having the same issue. Filed in CT. My state return was accepted on the 24th and I got the email from TurboTax saying that. It's been under review since - a week now. Have received no letters or anything from state.

So apparently I will be getting something from the State of CT.In the mail today. I promise to share what its about when I open it. I have to say,in my 55 years this is the first time anything like this has happened. No clue what its about because like I said,my taxes are easy peasy. And yes,I without a doubt believe there is a glitch in the Matrix,there are way too many of us all in the same year this is happening too. Its Not Federal,its happening with States. To be continued....Lol!;)

@Tking24 and @Backwoods911  We have received a few reports of this experience.  We have verified on our end (from what we have available) that the tax returns are processing to CT and are being accepted.  Please contact Connecticut's Department of Revenue to receive more information.  If they mention anything that it is related to the file they received, or if they state they did not receive a file, please provide the specific message so we may be able to further assist you.  Feel free to tag me @DanielV01 with the information when available.

They accepted my return on the 24th. So I don't think that has anything to do with it

@AnnetteB6 @I'm filing in CT and yes i got an email from TurboTax stating my taxes were accepted fed and state. I know people who are already recieving their state refunds (with CTC & eitc) and mine still hasn't changed from 0$ & under review.

@Thisisnuts55  did you receive it ? & How did you find out you were recieving mail from them ? I need to figure this out, it's making my anxiety high and stressing me out.

I received a letter today with instructions to confirm my identity. When I was done it said I would be receiving my refund via check instead of direct deposit. If anyone else is still getting the $0 refund and under review status you may have to do the same.

You will need to contact the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services for an explanation of your refund status. Please see How do I contact my state Department of Revenue? for more information.

It was in my UPS informed delivery. I got it just now. I had to verify that it was me that did my return. They ask you to go on the CT.Fraud Protection site. In the letter they give you a number only you will have. You put that in along with you SS and name. They will ask if you sent your return. Click yes. Then one simple line comes up." THANK YOU YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED ".They won't send it DD though as an added measure it will be sent either check or debit card. This was weird. Not gonna lie. LOL! I hope you get a letter soon so you can move on from it. Trust me it keep me up at night for a week. Ughhhhhh...I hope this helps everyone!!!!

I've been preparing taxes for 25 plus years and have never had any issues with state of CT tax returns.. I filed my Dads this year same day I did mine and it said it was accepted both federal and state.. I already got both returns back. My dad got his federal return back but his CT state return is also "Under Review" since Jan 25th.  No email no contact or anything. It's a simple return for a retiree.

Same here still no letter or nothing thishas never happened they said wait for a letter with a pin code they flagged alot of turbo tax state returns

Same. I filed like a month a half ago. Turbo tax state of CT says accepted and the state website says $0 and under review. This has never happened before. I always get my return quickly
