What is wrong with ur turbo tax card app

Well I tried the get my payment system put in my information came to the direct deposit part put in my TT card information it failed..  It works for some people but apparently I’m not one of them thanks a lot TT team for nothing!!😡

This is incorrect I filed with turbo tax for 2019 but I received my stimulus today through my bank account because ira tried deposit it in my closed account from Jan 2019  just so happen the mgr saw me informed me that she had emailed them and while I was in the drive thru my funds were forwarded to my other account in which I have had over a year

So should I not try the atm? I tried on 4 different one's. Should i wait until tomorrow? The customer service...no humans to talk to.

That number is no help...there isn't any customer service......I've changed all info on irs site....been locked out over 30 hours now....cannot check status......when can we check it cause I'm way past 24 hours.....has any been able to check the status after changing info

@CarissaM  Yeah we not getting no assistance , but thanks anyways, there is no way to contact them seems like it , can you provide a number that I can actually speak to a live person or chat with live person ?

Did it say your eligable... and  already sent and returned from wrong dd info.if so it'll ask for exact gross earnings and refund info...then it'll let you change dd info to correct #...... however I've yet to be able to check status since ....said 24 hours but it been past 30 as of now

I did go to the IRS website. It says that the I formation for my gross income and refund amounts straight from what I got off of TurboTax isn't correct. I called TurboTax and they told em call the IRS...guess what? IRS is closed so what is on the website is all there is. So if the information is incorrect guess I have to wait for the check to get mailed in 4-5 months. Yet all my co-workers got all of their stimulus in their direct deposits without any trouble.

The app has been very spotty. I have been logging into my debit card account for two days ti see if my stimulus money had come through. Nothing yet but the IRS says the sent it to that account. Any idea what’s going on?

@Flayers13 Same exact situation, I was told a whole bunch of stories , a tax advocate told me it can take a couple of days , so I’m giving it until tomorrow before I loose my mind ! I lost my job haven’t got accepted for unemployment yet and bills is about to be due , they need to stop

playing !

GreenDot the bank that issues the Turbo Debit Card has taken down all their social media accounts. I am worried that my stimulus payment is off shore somewhere.

I just tried to pay a bill...declined!!! But the money is there...called customer service again...how come i can't speak to a human being?? What the hell is going on :(:(:(:(
