The app isn't working, website isn't working, and when you try calling the number, it either disconnects right away or you get an automated response saying the call can not be completed. Fix your crap!!! Many of us, who are waiting for the stimulus money on your cards, are getting frustrated because you guys can't keep your stuff running.
i’m having the same issue it’s not letting me log in on the app or online neither i called the customer support number and the phone didn’t even rang it just hung up i would like someone to get back to me with some answers please
I am having the same issue I’ve noticed many others are having. In my perspective having the app and website not working is not nearly as infuriating as no time table for a fix. Please update the customers with an expected remedy for this issue. It is especially paramount during this time when the economy is failing and the virus is still very much impacting our global communities. Thank you

Go to it's.gov/coronavirus.... Click on filers .... Then click the "get my payment" and follow the steps
I have a questions I filed my taxes, but havent I received my refund is still processing delayed. I received an advance loan thru my refund and deposit to the card. Will the loan be deducted from the stimulus or refund?
Also since I havent had my refund deposited to the card because my taxes are still processing. Can it still be deposited?? Any info will help
My app hasn’t worked since yesterday and I call the number and that is not working as well. All of a sudden everything stops working out of know where. I can’t even check my balance or anything so does that mean my card is no good. What’s going on with all this?

It will not open. None of your online links will load either. My internet connection is fine as other pages load perfectly.
This app does NOT WORK. The number on the back of the card DOES NOT WORK IT DOESNT EVEN RING THERES A MESSAGE SAYING CALL BACK LATER THAT IVE BEEN GETTING SINCE 6 am. Horrible service horrible app.
Hi I'm having issues getting into my turbo tax debit card app. I tried to figure the issue out on the internet and it seems like I'm not the only one having the same problem. Since it wouldn't load up on the app. I tried a turbo tax debit card link and filled out my username and password but the page doesn't load at all. I've tried the app and the online page countless of times but get nothing. Help would be much appreciated
Ok I’ve been having the same issue I’ve noticed everyone else has. In my perspective having the app down and the website not working. Are not nearly as bad as having no time table for a solution. You’ve provided no useful response. And that means you yourself have no true answer. Instead of the agency attempting to save face by palavering. I encourage you to find the issue, inform our community and start working on remedies. Right now during his pandemic with so many people affected there can be no guessing games.
why is it working for me and noone else? maybe restart your computer? i doubt thatll work. but i think they are begining to fix the issue. 15min ago i was finally able to log in
