After I try to connect with app it shows an error has happened
The app is not working. It says connecting and then it stops and says are if you keep trying over and over eventually it works then you go to put in my password it says connecting and then it says error and says that it will not work try again I've done this over and over for the last 30 minutes still does not work there is an issue with your app

The apps not doing anything. Can’t log in. Can’t check my balance. Tried calling the phone number and nothing happens. IRS already sent my stimulus check to my TurboTax card but I have no way to check.
Will not let me login not getting any updates as to what and when the site/app will be working. As I paid for the Live CPA can’t get connected. Answers??
I got the same thing!!! And when I put my info in it said it was not what they had on file, to try 2018’s info. And I can’t remember what we used. And I saw no way to update the info. This is ridiculous that we choose to use THEIR debt card for our return and now it’s messing up us getting the stimulus money. Seems like a failure on TurboTax!!!

Yeah either a over load on the site so making it where users cannot login. Or turbo tax is figure out a way they can profit off us receiving the stimulus through there debit cards. Even after we paid for our tax returns through them. Going to give it some more time hopefully we get an update soon!!!

No the irs won’t have your account numbers if u filed with turbo tax u need to go enter your info at irs.gov. TurboTax has became such a joke and disappointment. They have held almost $100 bucks of mine for over a week now I’ve tried too reach someone by every way they have gave us nothing works. I won’t be returning to turbo tax anymore. I would like a rep too contact me pls. I’ve had so much trouble it’s ridiculous. And I’ve filed with you guys for years.. so much for putting your customers first

Well can somebody, please, explain why I have not received anything on my debit card and why the IRS site is asking me to "put in my banking information" to receive a stimulus payment, if the people associated with this company keep telling it's users they don't have to do anything?... I have filed both '18 and '19, BOTH using TurboTax, BOTH having been deposited on the GreenDot card and BOTH are NOT in the system as we are being told they are... And, oh, by the way. The amount Turbo gave me for my refund doesn't match the IRS site. So, I now have to wait 24hrs before I can try to figure out anymore information regarding the stimulus for myself. This has been a headache from hell. I pay **bleep** near $200 every year I've done my taxes under the guise that you all know you schnitz, you work with the IRS and I would NOT have to do the "run-around" for any matter regarding taxes and the likes of it. At this point I'd like a refund for the monies taken out of my refund for this. There's no way anyone who used this company should have to go through this circle of misinformation. This is ridiculous.
