What is wrong with ur turbo tax card app

The app isnt letting me login all of a sudden, i just logged in last night. and the # on gthe back of the card is disconnected. What kind of shady **bleep** is going on here?!

I can not call the card can not get into card app and then this morning everyone I new got stimulus check its.gov went there check on status of payment and said having problems with account info I had on witch is turbo tax ask me to put routing and account number witch I did re routed to turbo tax direct deposit say will be direct deposit and since this morning still can not get on app or call card to see if money is there this is bull they better no redirect deposit back from your card I need my money already hurting as it is and you want people to keep using you sights

I have the same problem. Actual the numbers they say are the ending for my account is my social security number. I checked my return for direct deposit info and it does not match. I checked my card and it's not a match. My app wont work but I called the number on back of card says the balance I have had for weeks. IRS is not taking calls so what do we do? The money should of be deposited today

It won’t let me log in on the app or the website and it takes for ever to load what’s wrong with it ?

Mine is doing the same thing. All it says it trouble connecting your card and starts to try to reconnect and never does. The phone number won’t work to check the balance, and the website don’t either! Get your crap together turbo tax!

It’s not working I checked the irs website too and it said that the stimulus check was sent today but the account says my last four of my social it sounds like they taking our money smh

Ok everyone I check the IRS website to check the status of me and my husbands stimulus check we got the message where they needed more info so I put the info in and now my message say I am eligible for the payment and they will update with a DD when available .... We are getting our stimulus deposits on our turbo card everyone needs to get on the IRS website and update there info from there tax info if you have the turbo card all you will need is the exact FEDERAL amount you received y...AGI ... And finally your account and routing number this is simply to receive your payment all they need to do is confirm your account and routing numbers so that all these scammers aren't getting your info or worse your money so don't input this info on ANY other website other then the IRS website if you wanna receive your money ... furthermore I haven't been able to call the customer service for the prepaid cards for turbo nor the website this is aggravating the heck out of me I think everyone is trying to check at the same time and it simply just can't take anymore lmao 😂 idk  but everyone needs to give it a little while to process all our info  and check it later we can check it a thousand times and we're still gonna be on the same miserable boat everyone needs to stop calling for a while come on we've waited this long everyone have a blessed day 🙏
