Same issue here. Every time I try to get into the turbo card app it says “there was a problem connecting”. I call the customer service number on back of the card and their phone lines are down. Okayyy so I then call the green dot customer service number... their lines are down too. 
It also doesn’t help that TurboTax has not released ANY information on this. There’s zero information about why all their systems are down. Apparently they can’t give us any information concerning our stimulus payment either. This is a very poor excuse for so called “customer service”

after this I definitely won’t be using TurboTax any more. This is just ridiculous!!!

The app was working this morning around 2AM, but now the app isn’t working, the website nor the phone number on the back of my card are working either. I’m just trying to see if my stimulus money has been deposited yet. This is crazy!

I am having the same problem, app is down, website is down and no ring or anything when i call, earlier this morning around 2am i deleted and re-downloaded it and i was able to log in but not anymore... this sucks and I’m not happy with turbo tax, i hope they read all these and realize how many loyal customers they’ve disappointed

This is very unprofessional! When any bank is having a problem an email is sent out to inform the customer. I promise I will never file with turbo tax ever again and all the ppl I have recommended I will be sure to let them know to have no dealings with this unprofessional company. How are you working with the government and provide the lease information! I’m really considering filling a class action lawsuit! This is sad! Never again!

I filed taxes like January 4th. I was NEVER notified about anything the irs needed more info so I had to wait to hear from them in the mail. Not b TurboTax even after I called every day they all told me it will b there tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow and nothing i also got like 3000 less than a friend from h and r block no they don't even know if the its will accept this.......I never got the option for a check or direct deposit it gave me wat it gave .e

I think it's pretty clear from the flood of people complaining, that the app is *not* working. Otherwise none of us would be here complaining... We would just be using the app.

Before today the App and phone number was working just fine...Now all of a sudden neither one is working???  SCAM!!!I have been a turbo tax user for the last 7 years i WILL not be a returning customer!
