Same issue here. Every time I try to get into the turbo card app it says “there was a problem connecting”. I call the customer service number on back of the card and their phone lines are down. Okayyy so I then call the green dot customer service number... their lines are down too.
It also doesn’t help that TurboTax has not released ANY information on this. There’s zero information about why all their systems are down. Apparently they can’t give us any information concerning our stimulus payment either. This is a very poor excuse for so called “customer service”
after this I definitely won’t be using TurboTax any more. This is just ridiculous!!!
