Some of us still haven’t received ours it’s been a long time mine got sent supposedly on the 2nd

I was supposed to receive mine, it’s been two weeks and nothing. I keep calling an one representative told me Tuesday and Thursday and I called three days later and finally got someone and they said Wednesday and Friday and when I told him I spoke with someone and they told me a different date he hung up… my bank account is closed and they rejected and returned it from the 3rd ..

Myself and every body else Will get theirs Monday no later than Wednesday believe that!

I looked at the photo Informed took of the envelope of the mail I was getting the next day. It was stamped as March 15th, yet they told me it had been mailed out March 2nd. When I got the mail the check had the print date of March 2nd though.

@carolinemartin0226  How long did you have to wait to get it ? I’m still waiting on mine and from the 4th of March it was saying I am receiving a bank print check and alllll till now I haven’t got anything plus o got informed delivery since who knows when and it still doesn’t show anything up

@Annaa21  most of us has deposit dates of 2/24 so that’s how long we been waiting some has gotten theirs in 2 weeks, this is the 3rd week for me and I still don’t have mine.. Can’t believe anything they say, just have to wait.

When the people turbo tax bank with give u a date stating "Bank Print Check" on today does that mean they send the check to you or back to the irs?? And how long does it take for them to send the check in mail? Another thing I was charge one thing for turbo tax to do my taxes but The TPG showing a different amount they sending like they took out extra pls explain this to me as well

DD date 02/24 mine is finally out for delivery today thank God! it says on the envelope they just mailed it on the 18th

DDD of 2/24, supposed mail date of 3/4, still nothing 17 days later. These people are crooks, TurboTax is going to lose a lot of business for dealing with this bank. I've seen literally thousands of posts with similar sentiments in the past 3 weeks. I actually attempted to call SBTPG today, and now they have an automated message that basically says "we are busy"  and hangs up on you. But worse than that, I wasn't even surprised when I heard it, because them basically taking the phone off the hook is right in line with everything else they've done to everyone this year.

I'm 100% going to file a BBB complaint if and when I receive my check, because people that do it prior to receipt they refuse to talk to about their own account. How that is legal, or they even know it was done, is beyond me.
