What is bank print check

I was told this morning that checks are sent out on Wednesday and Fridays . I contacted TurboTax to try to help me get ahold of them. The rude lady from TurboTax said that they can’t contact them and hung up! I just want a straight answer. Tuesday I was told my check was sent on Monday. Wednesday I got no straight answer. Yesterday I was told that it was sent out on Friday. Today I was told it was sent out on Wednesday. I will never use TurboTax again for the lack of support and using a fraudulent bank.

@Tracy 09  Unfortunately, TT does not have the authority to intervene on your behalf. Please wait for the check to arrive in the mail.  Going forward, consider changing your withholding so that you do not have to wait for a refund at tax time.

If you used Refund Transfer, in this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to contact TPG for additional information. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.

It never came I called the post office they say informed delivery just tells you when something is coming doesn’t mean that it will be here the next day and I found that really odd!! So…..and I check tomorrows mail and I have no mail so I’m confused!! The letter even has a date printed on the outside from the image 2/28/2022 la Ca is what it says printed on the outside

My informed mail just says no mail.... everyday no mail. Is it certain envelopes that's register on there?

@Peachy86 I've had issues with my mail as well via informed delivery. Screenshot it because it will disappear from informed delivery after so many days. I'm wondering if I should place my mail on hold and just pick it up from the post office to be sure that I receive it.

Everything is supposed to like tomorrow I have no mail but I had mail today if it’s not going to show up as a picture it usually says something like this piece of mail doesn’t have a image but it lets you no it’s a piece of mail.

@Peachy86 since you already know that it's coming, I'd be stalking my mailbox. I've received mail on day's that informed delivery said i wasn't getting mail.

I was wondering if you received your bank print check from Santa Barbara Bank yet??? I was originally set to get my refund direct deposit on Feb 24th but it was sent to a closed account so the direct deposit was sent back to Santa Barbara Bank. So Santa Barbara issued me a bank check on Feb 28th but I have not recieved it yet. Hoping I can get an idea of how long it will take to recieve.
