Waiting for a call back, let's see how this goes today. Yesterday I was called back and put on hold for 4hrs call was dropped by them around10:30 pm (7pm their time zone) 🤷‍ I'll update when or if i hear anything.

I got through this morning I was told batches went out on the 25th then I was told they send checks out Tuesday and Thursdays.  8th agent I spoke to everyone has a different reason

Just got a call back and my bank print check(cashier check) has been mailed out and I should receive it within 3 to 5 business days. Will update when or if i receive it in the mail. Fingers crossed 🤞

Are you referring to receiving your direct deposit from Santa Barbara Tax Products Group?  Or, receiving a paper check from the IRS?

If the IRS is sending you a paper check, you will need to contact them regarding timeframe - contact information can be found here
