What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

Did you move since your last return?

Mine says same thing as yours.I used my old address and my info comes up.Use your ss number 

Filing status and amount of refund but use your past address.It worked for me.Hope this helps.

I received my stimulus off of 2018 taxes.. My Taxes are still processing since January 27. I have not received any letter of sort. I called twice and said that to do nothing but wait

Look at your 2019 tax return to see if perhaps an error was made in entering your social security number. That could be why you aren’t able to locate your return/stimulus

Same scenario here.Supposed to be charged but turbo tax didn't generate the 2nd required form for exchange insurance.But last night they tried to charge my account.Im over drawn so payment didn't get taken out also got my stimulus but still processing on my refund.

I tried faxing form all faxes at irs down.I finally mailed in my document last Friday .Im sure no agent is their working to receive mail so my refund no telling when ill get it.I filed and was accepted Feb 7th here it is May.

Beyond frustated w turbo tax and i want my money.

It never went into my bank account it was supposed to go on my card that I get my taxes on but never received it when I check it just say not enough information to send it out I tried putting my bank account number on there and it wouldnt except that either it said it was cause I haven't got my taxes yet

Im taking your advice and calling the congressman tomorrow and see if he can get involved because I filed my husband's and my 2019 taxes on April 2, 2020 and e filed them and still haven't received our federal taxes nor our stimulus checks. I also gave turbo tax my direct deposit information

Same situatuion. On the Get my payment the address I used is where I stay at & it said the irs sent my check on April 24th. Thats a week ago. I'm kinda freaking out because I dont understand why I havent recieved my check yet. I changed my address Also. Have you got any more updates since you posted this?

I also and waiting for both of mines. IRS portal said that my Get my payment check would be deposited in my savings account, but there is no date for that deposit. I have direct deposit on file for my 2019 tax return

If the get my parent portal says they mailed your check on a date then thst means they mailed it on thst day right? An the info you put in to get your statement for your stimulus check is where there going to send it? Cause I'm fresking out. My stimulus check statment is saying mailed april 24th. Its may 3rd. Still no check?? HELP
