Same scenario here.Supposed to be charged but turbo tax didn't generate the 2nd required form for exchange insurance.But last night they tried to charge my account.Im over drawn so payment didn't get taken out also got my stimulus but still processing on my refund.
I tried faxing form all faxes at irs down.I finally mailed in my document last Friday .Im sure no agent is their working to receive mail so my refund no telling when ill get it.I filed and was accepted Feb 7th here it is May.
Beyond frustated w turbo tax and i want my money.
