What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

Yes they did! Overdrawed my account also. Been with my bank for over 10 years and have NEVER overdrawn my account. Thanks TurboTax.

Don’t bother trying the local Taxpayer Advocate Service because they won’t take your call. I tried and got a message about the IRS being closed due to COVID and that they are experiencing higher than normal calls because of it. The recording goes on to say that its causing delays in responding to Taxpayer inquiries and then say bye and hangs up. This is so frustrating as I too am in the same boat. I submitted my return and the beginning of Feb. I got a letter saying its under review and it could take up to 60 days which has long since passed. I have been doing my taxes for 30 + years and never had an issue. I also used TurboTax and had the returned checked for errors and none were found so I would really like to know what the hold up is because I desperately need my money.

The Taxpayer Advocate office where I am located didn’t take my call. They had a long message about the IRS being close and its causing them a higher call volume and delayed responses to inquiries and then it hangs up. This is so frustrating to not know what the problem is and when to expect my refund.

They aren’t taking calls in my area because they have been overwhelmed with calls. They have a recording that says they have longer response times then normal because the IRS is closed and then it says goodby and hangs up.WTH!!

Ok... look everyone think about this... The IRS is closed, which means that there is no one in the office. Which also means we don't get our fed refund until they are open again,doesnt matter if you had a date on when you would be getting your refund. They have to be in the office to process our refunds. So until then we all have to suffer. I hate this as much as you do but that's the facts! We cant change it. It's not Turbo Tax fault that they closed. They are not to blame. If you want someone/something to blame, blame this **bleep** virus!!

Well I haven't received neither refund or stimulus check my refund it's say it's went to a tax debt then stimulus check said the 30 of April now it's May nothing just note if or when ever I get my money I'm not doing e-file no more that's a promise I have bills yes I'm working thank God but still

I'm I. The same boat with you too. I filed our taxes Feb. 27 and it was accepted on March 4. We still as of today May 13 gave not received our Federal income tax yet. I've tried daily on the IRS refund to check on our refund and it keeps saying that our refund is still being processed.  You can't speak to no one, this is really annoying. How do they send out stimulus checks before they send your refund money???? We really need our money

exactly they screwed mine too  they filed mine over many years and then when it became a problem asking for a tax ID number when I didn't file last year and then when I file they said it was  sent meanwhile I've been waiting and I filed in March and now  I didn't receive not refund or a stimulant check
