Why is my tax and stimulus still being processed
Castillo
Well when i call it tell me that they're not accepting live calls right now due to shortage of workers so i feel like I'm screwed
Gal gal the number is gone can you repost it?
Same thing happened to me...my return was accepted back in February but was chosen for further review. I was told it could take up to 45 days from March 16th...that would have been April 30th but my account says it's still being processed
Filed 3/20 and accepted by IRS. Refund still says processing. Never had to wait this long for a refund. Only difference this year was I had an EV credit.... not sure if that’s the hold up. No letters, nothing from the IRS
I doubt seriously that this even means your tax return needs additional review. I filed on in mid March and received that "your tax return is still being processed" message until yesterday, when it finally said my return had been approved. I got my refund today, May 5. While there may be some who are receiving their money in the normal 21 days, I think Covid-19 has to be delaying things.
So when am I getting it
I am going through the exact same thing.Turbo TAx also took the payment out off my account, without me getting my federal return.I will definitely go a different filing route next year..
So when am I getting my taxes or stimulus
On Turbotax when u log in, on the left it should say what you're getting back. It will tell you what your federal tax refund is and your state. Hope this helps!
So I'm not getting taxes back this year or my stimulus
It did....it said it's been accepted by it's n e-file
My federal as well is still being processed smh. And we filed through Turbotax back at the beginning of Feb. As for the stimulus they are sending them on certain dates. Go to IRS.gov and look up dates. Hope this helps!
