I efiled and it told me that despite efiling, I still need to print and send some sort of mail but I can't remember what it was. Does anyone else know? I live in Indiana and owe taxes to the state ((for some reason)).
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Log back in to your TurboTax account and tell it that you want to print your 2022 returns (you don't need a printer). When you go to print the tax returns it will pull up a pdf of each one - your federal and your state. The first page of each tax return will have mailing instructions for whatever you agreed to mail in instead of efile as well as the address to mail it to.
Thank you for the answer! But if I need to print it out, don't I need a printer?
Of course. Maybe you can use a friend's printer. You might have to print out a state payment voucher to send in the tax due unless you selected to have it deducted from your bank account. If you need to send in a payment you can go to your state's website and pay it directly online.
Pay IN online here. You can print a voucher and mail it in but it isn't as safe. If you do mail it in, you should also pay for tracking so you know it arrived safely.
In order to view the return, you select to print the return and it shows a preview. From there, you can view the return or choose to print it.
you need Adobe Reader or a browser that supports PDF to look at your tax return.
TurboTax does not send to a printer.
It says I need a Letter ID from the Bill, how do I find that?
You are looking at the wrong tab. Select Pay your Indiana Tax return or go directly to INTIME.
Ohh okay. Thankn you for the help! If I have another question I'll ask but I appreciate the assistance.
