What bank does turbo tax have to release my funds?

i want to know if my refund will come directly to my account or will it be released from turbo tax's financial institution like last year? If so, what is the name of the bank that turbo tax uses?

it's been 3 months and they still have my refund. They lied and said they tried to send it to me but it came back.  Then they say they sent it back to Irs April 19.  irs say haven't received it.
