Should I call TurboTax since that's who I went thru or should I call the IRS because I can't get thru to noone at irs I been trying all day. I paid out alot for my fees on TurboTax so shouldn't they call and find out what's going on I paid almost 320 just in fees without the 79 for the sbtpg fees.

The IRS has been severely backlogged for a long time.   Many people are getting this message.   TurboTax does not get any information after you file your tax return so no one at TT knows a specific reason why you are getting that message.   If the IRS wants any other information from you they will let you know by letter.   Meanwhile all you can do is wait patiently and watch the IRS site.   The IRS is your only source of information.

If you look at the top of that page it says anything with a minus is your credit. The same exact amount under it is what you were given and the date it happened.

Mine did and it was less then what was projected by TurboTax. I’m very curious to see how it turns out!

It says that my 2021 transcripts are not even available when it comes to the refund category. I don’t understand at all why mine still says this, I filed on January 29 and it was accepted like immediately And I still have no update except this one. Yes earned income tax credit as well as child tax credit, this is ridiculous I need my money now I hate that they do this to people

Why is this the 3rd or 4th message from .Turbo tax are we not allowed to have a thread like this where we are not asking Turbo tax any longer even though it started that way. Because peers are responding and helping one another is this not ok here?

I filed 1/17 accepted 1/24 got the delay message 1/25 and my transcript say N/A I called they said they don't see no notice or anything wrong that I would have to wait the 10 weeks and then call back witch is wired I've aways use t.t and I have the same employer I'm just not understanding can some one please help with some type of advice

I tried calling the IRS first thing in the morning nothing just automated services all i get. I filled my income tax January 21st and got accepted January 24th and now it's February 24th yes i did put my economic payment as well so that's probably why they're a delay. Not 100% sure

Create an account on the IRS website (Just look for the "account" link on the home page. It requires identity verification. Do it on your phone. I had to take pic of my passport and then a live image scan of myself. I don't recall what else but it took several minutes. I hope this helps.

I filed and got accepted the same days you did and I’m in the same boat smh. That same error message is there and my transcript still says that there was no tax return filed yet. I hope something happens soon. Whenever I try to call, they aren’t accepting calls anymore..
