W-2 and W-2C

My husband passed away in 2025.  He received a W-2 with amounts in boxes 1,3,5 , and box 12a code C.

All the amounts are for $134.33

Then I received a W-2C which added amounts in 12 b,c,d.   

Should I be combining these W-2s and show as a W-2 or just use the first W-2.  On the W-2C in  previously reported column, it does not show any amounts for boxes 1,3,5,and 12a per the original W-2.

Seem that they forgot the amounts in 12 b, c, d so add that to the first W-2.
