I have both a W2 and a W-2C. Some information was omitted from my W2 ( box 14 for FL ) which is now on the W-2C. The only information on the W-2C is in box 14. Should I simply add the information in box 14 for my W-2?

Yes.
Form W-2c is used to correct a previously issued W-2 and lists only the boxes where there is a change from the original W-2.
You enter the form W-2c exactly as you enter a form W-2. Use the information on your W-2, except for the boxes where information is corrected, then use the correct information listed on your W-2c.
In TurboTax Online, after entering your form W-2c, follow the interview until you reach the page titled Let's check for other situations. Put a check mark on W-2 was corrected by my employer (Form W-2c) then click Continue.
@Bob 1956 Yes, the checkbox option is also in the desktop editions.

Box 14 on the 2025 W-2 is for Other and it is only used by employers. You can enter the information in box 14
Thanks for your help. I am using the desktop version of Turbo Tax. I assume the check mark option is their as well.
