I'm trying to access 2017 returns. It says I am unable to until I pay for an upgrade. When I press on the upgrade button, it says that I already have Turbotax Deluxe. Why can't I access 2017?

Have you paid yet? After you upgrade you need to actually pay the fees to unlock the prior years.
To pay the TurboTax online account fees by credit card
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.
Then click on Print Center.
On the next page, to pay by credit card, click Pay Now. On the next screen just click on the Continue button. The next screen will show a review of your Fees, click on Continue. Complete the next screen to pay by credit card and click Continue.
