turboTax software workflow bug created wrong tax calaculation - reference to case #[social security number removed]

 This is with reference to case #[social security number removed] .

As I have gone through sequence of steps with curent Turbo Tax software and shown the bug with the workflow with Mr Warner Who really undestood and corrected the issue

caused by discrepency in workflow. I have to go through so much study and spent time to convince the related issue with support team.

The Following points I would like to raise and need your attention in respect of Turbo Tax 100% guarentee of the product -

• Even though I have paid for the eFile, I have to go through Amemdment of the forms for Fed and State with physical mail
• The Cost of secured mail for Federal and State Amendment Return
• The unavailabilty of approx. $1600 refund in time - just because of TurboTax software workflow error.
• Providing you and showing honest feedback of Software QA - needs to be corrected.

Pl. respond this email saying what actions you are taking to comensate additional expenditure and time I need to go through because of this.

The most that TurboTax will reimburse you is any interest and penalties that the IRS charged you because of a TurboTax calculating error.   You would still be responsible for the tax has he error not occurred.
