I was told by customer service this:
"Your tax return is on hold pending ongoing updates to interview questions regarding Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement."

I got that same message, apparently other people did as well! From what I’ve read there is a update on the 20th with turbo tax that will fix this, it has somthing to do with IRS sending late required information or somthing like that. The turbo tax woman that responded must not of understood the question. I was stressing about it also but I’m waiting 2 more days to see what happens.
