Where did you see that?
I have a couple contacts at the irs and my clients transcripts were updated this morning. You should go to IRS.gov, create an account and view your transcripts. The transcripts show the refund date as often this morning.
On my turbo tax app
I tried to make an account on the IRS.gov site and it wouldn't accept my cc info. So weird.
what's on your TurboTax account?

By the time you get out of bed tomorrow morning, Where's my refund will be updated with your DD date.
I sure hope so. I could use some good news.

No, they do not. No matter what you read on these threads.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
Will ordering a transcript help me find out when I’ll get my refund?
A tax transcript will not help you find out when you’ll get your refund. The information transcripts have about your account does not necessarily reflect the amount or timing of your refund. They are best used to validate past income and tax filing status for mortgage, student and small business loan applications, and to help with tax preparation.
I can confirm that it will show you your direct deposit date mine is the 26 create an account here. https://sa.www4.irs.gov/eauth/pub/login.jsp?Data=VGFyZ2V0TG9BPUY%253D&TYPE=33554433&REALMOID=06-000e...
