I have enough to cover it in my taxes 4k but really if i aint got my money why should turbotax. Its mind blowing how disrespected i feel getting that as an email stating i have to pay for a service that never served me.
Luckily I got a deal and got free turbo tax upgrade, but same here on no Stimulus & no tax return. I've got a whole IRS tax advocate case worker n case number too and nothings changed, nothings been done, gov owes me 3300 now and I'm sitting here homeless while they **bleep** around and do nothing about it.
Kids and i have been homeless while i was working a job then their school had to quarantine them and i had to miss work and got fired and unemployment keeps denying me yet my old job keeps telling them to approve me but they didnt so im sitting here looking stupid while people that can afford to live are getting their taxes
That's great they do that because the return won't be deposited into an account that's negative so now turbo tax and me are going to wait a lot longer for their money because now I'm closing my account so they can't get their money and now I'm not going to be able to get direct deposit and will have to wait for a mailed one they wanna **bleep** me well 2 can play

I have not received my federal refund yet and don’t want to charged for it yet.
i filed mines either the 2nd or 3rd of feb and mines was accepted on the 17th and every time i go to the irs website they have no information on me why is that
2/16 accepted. Same. Nothing.
I had the same thing. No info. Then ended up oweing. Pretty sure you would have gotten a letter already if you owed, tho. Good luck
I won't be using Turbo tax to do my taxes anymore. How could they ask for payment to assist me with my taxes, and I still didn't receive my refund.

Because you agreed to that when you requested the optional pay with refund for your TurboTax account fees.

I agree. Regardless of the multiple replies saying "I agreed". What I agreed to was under a false pretense that I was getting an amount back. Had I thought the number was an error I would have gotten a second opinion and not used their services. It's the carrot in the face and Im curious how many other false numbers they use to get service fees out of people. And again (as I've said in previous replies, if people have read) I don't think they should get paid if agreed amount is not met.
Not to mention, Since my numbers and return were wrong this year and TT isn't the one who corrected it, I now won't know how to fill in "last year's" taxes information when filing.
Boss move.
